Our Process: From Vision to Reality
Connect
Start with a free, 1-hour virtual consultation. Bring your ideas—photos, sketches, or designs that inspire you—and let’s explore the possibilities together.
Design
After the consultation, we’ll provide a transparent quote based on price per square foot and an elevation fee (full details shared post-consultation). In a collaborative virtual meeting, watch your vision take shape in real-time with stunning 3D renderings.
Build
Once you approve the design, secure your project with a wire transfer. Your custom home will be ready within 120 days—crafted with care and precision.
Move In
Final payment (via wire transfer) is due within 10 days of completion. Then, it’s time to step into your sustainable, one-of-a-kind home.
